Cutting

• 1). Fold the flannel over so there are two layers of the soft material.
  
  
• 2). Pin the cloth diaper pattern onto the flannel. Allow the pins to penetrate both layers of material to keep the two layers from slipping.
  
  
• 3). Use sharp scissors to cut the flannel according to the pattern. The flannel pieces will be shaped like a "T." Unpin the paper cloth diaper pattern when finished and separate the flannel pieces.
  
  
• 4). Double the terrycloth material and pin the inner lining pattern to both layers.
  
  
• 5). Cut the terrycloth material according to the pattern, using sharp scissors. Unpin the material from the pattern, but keep the terrycloth pieces together.
