If you're not a huge fan of cherries you can always drink a glass of cherry juice mixed with some club soda. This makes a great, refreshing pick me up in the middle of the morning or afternoon.

In addition to drinking cherry juice, water is one of the natural gout remedies that many people often overlook. We've all been advised about how important it is to get a full eight glasses of water per day. Not only does this help with gout, but it can also curb hunger and keep your skin looking great as well.

Exercising is a must when you have gout. You need to keep your body moving to ensure that you don't suffer with any stiffness or soreness. You certainly don't have to run any marathons but it's important to keep yourself limber. You can do this by taking a walk around the block or even going for a short swim. Water seems to be a great stress reliever and can comfort the joints that are affected by the gout.
