Can"t Get Pregnant? Learn How To Quickly Conceive In Three Steps

108
We all know the one of the most frustrating things out there is when you can't get pregnant. A lot of times we think it is unfair because we see all of our other friends having babies and for us, it is hard to even get pregnant. In this article we are going to be going over some great tips and tricks that will help you conceive a baby quickly and easily.

1-Know When You Are Ovulating

Obviously, your chances of getting pregnant are substantially higher when you are ovulating, but do you know your exact date of ovulation? If so then perfect, if not then you need to find out today. Either go to a doctor or run to a local store to get an ovulation predictor kit. When you find out your day of ovulation, have sex five days before, the day of, and five days after.

2-Make Sure You Have Sex Often

one mistake a lot of couples make is not having enough sex. If you and your partner have sex at least once every 48 hours you should be good. If you go longer than 48 hours then the chances are good that you will no longer have any sperm in the fallopian tube.

3-Lay Down After Intercourse

After you and your spouse are done having sex, you should lay down for the next thirty minutes. This will allow the sperm to enter into the cervix with no complications. However, you do not need to listen to the myth that says you need to put your legs up on a wall! Just make sure you do not use the restroom within a half hour after intercourse.
