How to Make Delicious, Smoky Burgers
- 1). Preheat the outdoor grill.
- 2). Mix the ground beef, minced onion, onion powder, black pepper, garlic salt, habanero sauce and Worcestershire sauce in the mixing bowl with your hands.
- 3). Shape the ground beef mixture into ten balls. The balls should be half the size of a softball.
- 4). Press the balls down and form 10 patties. Make sure the patties are round, smooth and do not contain splits.
- 5). Place the patties on the grill. Let the patties sit for three minutes and flip with a spatula.
- 6). Let the patties sit again for three minutes. Depending on a person's taste, the patties can be taken off the grill or can be grilled longer if people want their hamburgers well done.
- 7). Place the cheese slices on the hamburgers immediately after taking the patties off the grill. That way, the cheese melts.
- 8). Serve the hamburgers on buns and let people decide what condiments they would like to place on their hamburgers.
