Develop Your Own Skincare Philosophy It has taken me years to develop my own philosophy on skincare, and it has probably cost me thousands of dollars.
I tried product after product, and have even succumbed to being "guilted" into buying whole lines of facial products that my friends had started selling.
But finally, I'd had enough.
I started to do my own research into what type of care my skin really deserved, and I've come up with my own skincare philosophy.
It might help you save money, time and aggravation of dealing with rashes, pimples and unbalanced skin.
* Drink plenty of fluids.
Water is best, and as soon as I started drinking at least 64 ounces a day, I began to notice a difference in the color of my skin.
I soon started adding a liquid collagen to the daily intake which I found assists my aging body in replenishing my own natural collagen.
* Use a natural moisturizer on your whole body, especially your face and neck.
You will need to become familiar with what natural ingredients are best for your skin, such as Jojoba, aloe, and phytessence wakame (a Japanese sea kelp).
Just be sure to stay away from any moisturizer that has a petroleum by-product, such as mineral oil.
* Add Omega III to your diet.
Yes, I agree, it tastes terrible, but fish oil has many benefits for your overall health as well as healthy skin.
I've found that mixing it with all natural yogurt and some fresh berries masks the taste.
No matter what the taste, Omega III is an essential part of my skincare philosophy.
These are just what I've come up with through my own research, but why not start your own skincare philosophy.
