Ingredients
- 14 ounces shredded coconut (about 5 1/3 cups)
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 8 minutes
- Total Time: 18 minutes
- Yield: 4 Dozen
Preparation
Heat the oven to 325° F (165° C/Gas 3) , Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; blend well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.
Remove to rack to cool.
