Located in the southwestern corner of Utah close to the border of Arizona, St. George has an average annual temperature of 61 degrees and is an ideal spot for golf enthusiasts to play at area courses year round.
  
  

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club

• The Entrada's 18-hole course was designed around a man-made lake and covers 7085 yards over its longest tees, with a rating of 73.2. Private individual golf lessons are offered at the club by a member of the Professional Golfers' Association (PGA). Instruction is available for beginners, intermediate and advanced golfers. Individual and group tournaments are played at the course. As of May 2010, the women's league, the Entrada Ladies Golf Association (ELGA), plays at the course every Wednesday. The men's league, the Men's Entrada Golf Association (MEGA), plays every Thursday. Golf clubs, bags, shirts and other accessories can be purchased at the on-site golf shop. Golfers can stay overnight at the 40-guestroom Inn at Entrada, which is located within walking distance of the course. Dining is available at the club's on-site snack bar and at Kokopelli Restaurant.

Bloomington Country Club

• Bloomington Country Club is a private club that spreads across 200 acres. Seasonal and year round golf course memberships can be purchased through the club. Created in 1969, the golf course is designed with a short range practice area. The longest tees on the 18-hole course run for 7017 yards and have a rating of 72.2. Locker rooms, cart rentals and storage are available at the country club. Sign up to take beginning, intermediate or advanced golf lessons from one of the club's PGA instructors. As of May 2010, men's, women's and mixed couples tournaments were held on Sundays. The grass tee driving range is open year round. Dining is available at the club's on-site restaurant.

The Ledges of St. George

• Designed by Matt Dye, The Ledges championship golf course covers 18 holes and 7,200 yards over the longest tees. The clubhouse has a spa with a private steam bath. Sign up for golf lessons at the club's Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf. Families and individuals can receive private lessons from PGA members on the short range. Balance, body movement and ball flight are a few of the areas covered during the training. Dining is available at the club's on-site restaurant, Fish Rock Grille.
