The Candy Expo got interactive with the demonstration by Micahel Antonorsi, Master Chef from Chuao Chocolatier. The audience was shown how to roll truffles, coat them in chocolate, and dip them in popping candy. The resulting truffle was similar in flavor and texture to Chuao's new Firecracker bar and Choco Pod.
