How to Use a Saladmaster Machine
- 1). Thoroughly wash the machine with warm water and soap before using it. Rinse the Saladmaster with clean water and dry it with a towel.
- 2). Place the suction cups on the feet of the Saladmaster Machine on a flat surface.
- 3). Align the food guide to the top edge of the hopper. Then slide the guide securely into position, snapping into place.
- 4). Attach the desired cutting cone to the clutch plate and slide the side of it underneath the hopper or area that carries the food to the cutting cone. The open face of the cutting cone must face out so food can be forced into your salad bowl.
- 5). Place a salad bowl under the opening beneath the food guide.
- 6). Raise the flap on the food guide by pressing the finger tab.
- 7). Insert the desired food into the hopper. Use the food guide flap to guide the food against the cutting cone.
- 8). Turn the food cutter handle while simultaneously applying gentle pressure to the food stuffed into the hopper. When the food is completely shredded, you can cut the next piece.
