Get Rid of Cellulite on Your Legs!

47
I finally decided to wage a war on cellulite.
I'd had enough and I wanted it gone! Cellulite on anyone's legs (but especially mine), isn't just unattractive; it can be a self-esteem killer! I want smooth young legs, don't you? So I started trying every lotion, cream and any crazy idea I could find to get rid of those cellulite dimples.
Here's just a taste of what I tried to get rid of cellulite on my legs: Body Wraps Body wraps made of seaweed, clay and herbs are supposed to exfoliate or free the skin of old, dying cells by tightly wrapping the body and inducing sweating.
While it didn't seem to get rid of my cellulite, it did help reduce some of the swelling in my legs.
Deep Tissue Massage Deep tissue massage accomplishes several things in regard to getting rid of cellulite on legs.
First, it loosens connective tissues so that it no longer sticks to underlying tissues.
Next, it stimulates blood vessels and helps to increase blood flow, which carries nutrients to the skin cells, keeping them healthy.
I'm still not sure that it worked, but it sure did feel great! Dermal Fillers Okay, so this treatment was a bit drastic even for me.
While I didn't do it myself, I do know some women who have, but it is only a temporary fix (and very expensive), and requires injecting human or animal fat cells into the skin with a thin needle I order to fill it out and take away any unsightly dimpling.
Electronic Devices The FDA has approved a few electronic devices that are used to lift up fatty tissues with a type of suction cup, while deep massaging connective tissue in order to stretch the skin, exfoliate away older skin cells and increase blood flow.
I've seen them in use and to be honest they look a bit ridiculous.
The biggest problem I've seen with this method is that you have to use it regularly.
Once you stop, your skin reverts back to its former texture.
Mesotherapy Mesotherapy involves injecting the skin with a specialized concoction of vitamins and minerals which your skin seems to be lacking.
I bowed out of this one too (can you tell I'm a bit squeamish about needles?), but many people love the results.
Skin Brushing Simple and cheap skin brushing seems to work well to get rid of the cellulite on my legs.
Not only does it strip away dead skin cells, but it helps to increase blood flow and circulation and boost the production of new skin cells.
Thalasotherapy Seaweed has been used for centuries in The East to cure all kinds of skin conditions including cellulite.
During Thalasotherapy, heated seaweed and sea water are applied to the skin to help it better absorb the nutrients it needs form the substances being used.
Cellulean Now, here's a treatment I personally like very much.
A simple anti-cellulite lotion that uses Aminophylline, (a common asthma medication), Cellulean seems to work by melting away the fat that has made its way to the surface of my skin.
I found it during an internet search at MyCelluliteStory.
info where I was able to get a 14-day supply for free.
This was not only the cheapest, easiest solution, but it also gave me the best results.
