You ever see those Rocky movies and the parts where Sylvester Stallone tears down the picture of the Russian in the mirror? That's visualization.

I know it's just a movie, but it's a perfect example.

Set goals.
I'm not talking about big goals but small goals.
Small goals are more easily achievable and they will end up to the big goal.
By setting small goals, you are keeping yourself accountable to your dream body or health.
Set a goal every week and an end goal every month.
And if you achieve those goals, reward yourself handsomely.
