When at work, always take the stairs.
It's easy to fall into the habit of just mindlessly getting in the elevator every day and riding to their floor.

This will help keep you in shape without any real noticeable changes in your work life.
Keep an eye on what you eat for lunch.
If you have a workplace cafeteria, it's likely that a lot of the foods are heavily oiled or deep fried.
While these might taste good, they are heavily upping your calorie count and making you need to exercise more.
By watching what you eat, you can lose weight without exercising.
Finally, find exercises you can do from the comfort of your chair.
A great example of this is ab flexes.
By tightening your abs and then releasing, you can work your way to a six pack and stronger abdominal muscles.
This can be done no matter what activity you're involved in and will help you keep active, even when you're resting.
