How to Make a Foot Scrub to Remove Calluses
- 1). Pour the sea salt into a small mixing bowl, then add in the calendula oil, orange oil and lemon balm.
- 2). Stir all of the mixture together thoroughly, then cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
- 3). Store the mixture in the fridge until you plan to use it, but be sure to put it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before use.
- 4). Soak the foot, or feet, in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 5). Using a a teaspoon of the mixture at a time, put it over a callused area and massage it against the skin in a circular motion. Do this for about three minutes for each area.
- 6). Rinse the mixture off with warm water when you're done and dry the feet with a towel.
- 7). Store any leftover mixture in the fridge. It will stay fresh for about five days.
