They have vastly improved in taste since they were first released to aid those trying to lose weight nationwide.
While they might not have the kick and zest that potato chips do, or something similar anyway, they do have a very low calorie count and that means that you can have them whenever you are fighting hunger with little worry.

So, they can be eaten as much as you would like to eat them without worry of messing up your calorie count.
Two of the more popular items with no calories are pickles and celery.
