Eft And Hypnosis

Many of us have considered choosing hypnosis to help solve problems in our personal or working lives such as depression, anxiety, physical pain, phobia, fear, or addiction. While there are many types of hypnosis out there to suit many needs, it is important to consider that other methods can be incorporated to enhance the power and effectiveness of hypnosis. One such technique that many forget to consider is EFT, or the Emotional Freedom Technique.

EFT has been referred to by some professionals as waking hypnosis, while others prefer to think of it as an evolution of the 5000 year old Chinese tradition of acupuncture. To be honest, the emotional freedom technique is a combination of both. Think of it as acupuncture without those icky needles. EFT is practiced by tapping on critical meridian points while one is focused on the problem needing alleviation. Many prefer it to acupuncture because EFT is quick, painless, and has immediate results.

Hypnosis and EFT can be used in combination to achieve amazing results. Many people start with EFT if they have doubts about the healing power of hypnosis, or if they feel difficulty letting go of control. When you have an emotional or physical ailment, disruptions in your bodys flow of energy can often be a large part of the problem. The emotional freedom technique allows you to focus on the problem while these disruptions are corrected by a practitioner tapping on your crucial meridian points. Once your energy flow has been restored, the stage is set for the application of hypnotherapy techniques.

A trained hypnotherapist opens the doors to your subconscious much more easily. It has been proven that many psychological ailments are caused by a root problem, which may reside in the depths of your subconscious or even your unconscious mind. Everybody knows that the only person that truly holds the key to recovery is you, and a hypnotherapist can help you find the tools to resolve these issues that may be the root of all fear, anxiety, and depression in your life.

Once your energy is flowing properly, hypnosis can be used to deal with problems that are difficult to talk about and work through. A hypnotist may choose to use story or metaphor, which your subconscious mind can always easily interpret. This can reveal deeper layers of a problem that one may need help accessing.

Hypnosis and EFT are both techniques that have been utilized to help those suffering from a wide variety of problems in day to day life including loss, addiction, stress, and depression. Using a combination of these techniques, we can experience a new level of awakening that exists without the pressures of pain and stress. Since you are the key to your own success, it is up to you to decide which method or combination of methods will make you feel the most comfortable when you decide to finally let go and begin the process of spiritual healing!
