Energy and Optimum Health
Successful people are people of energy, they have energy first thing in the morning and they keep up their levels of energy throughout the day and even into the evening.
The more energy an individual has, the more they get done and generally the more positive they are as a person.
Or perhaps as a result of being more positive, they create the energy that they need, who knows, but we will explore this topic together right now.
Energy and perspective When you look at the word energy, how does it make you feel? What is your association with the word? I want you to look at it and read it out loud.
ENERGY! If you feel charged and ready to get out there then fantastic.
However, I also understand that many people look at the word energy and all that comes to mind is "whoa, I am tired.
" You may not think this is you, but let us have a little brutal honesty now.
How many times have you been in a gym and looked at an upbeat fitness class that is happening through the glass window in the aerobics studio and said that "you just feel tired looking at them.
"? Once again, going back to the power of the words you say and the emotions that you attach to your words is what creates your life day by day as you go along.
If any human being states that they feel tired just by looking at someone else exercise it is a sure way to reduce their own energy each and every time.
Thus, always proving them self correct, am I repeating myself here? But, if you take another individual that you may consider being full of abundant energy they may see the same thing but say something more along the lines of "wow, that fitness class looks awesome!" The fitness class did not change; the class members did not start exercising vigorously just to put off one person and then put big smiles on their face to impress another person.
It is all comes back to who you are, the words that you use and what you decide to put out into this world.
So step one for achieving better energy is changing your mind about perspective.
Double your energy What you say does have power.
We have discussed this already.
However, I want you to also know that what you say and talk about with other people also generates or subtracts your energy, not the other way round.
Many of us still hold onto the belief that energy is something that we either have or have not got, but I strongly disagree.
Let us go through the process of unlearning old beliefs about energy and learn some new things about how much more energy you can have in your life to encourage your successful weight loss programme.
I want you to ponder this for a moment.
However much energy you have in your life right now, what if I were to say that I guarantee that you can have two times or three times that amount of energy? You absolutely can, there is no doubt.
Your given or what you can call your natural energy is only a small percentage of how much energy you can really ascertain and if you are serious about keeping at your ideal weight for the rest of your life, you absolutely need to know how to get abundant energy in all areas of your life.
Not just when something good HAPPENS TO US.

But saying that - I bet your energy would increase in a heartbeat if you did win? This coming week I want you to become very conscious of what you say, the conversations you have, work and personal, as the conversations that you choose to have always generates energy.
The question is are you generating an empowering energy that is going to make you achieve more, feel better and create success? Or are you creating an energy that is pulling you down, motivating you to feel worse and create less in your life? Your energy is what creates your future.
Double your good energy up and when you have a subtracting energy ask yourself "what is the opposite energy of this?" then ask what you can do to create that opposite energy.
Everything manifests Every thought, every action and every gesture no matter how big or small you may think the effect will be will in fact grow and continue.
My purpose for trying to be aware of every word I type is because, I know it might be perhaps just one word or one sentence that may change someone's life forever.
If you can be conscious of everything you put out into the world and try your best, then you can know that good will come your way.
So this is where we ask "how does this relate to weight loss?" Your actions define who you are and I am not only talking about getting ahead in a career or looking after family and friends in your life.
I am talking about you, about getting beyond all the outside drivel that is fed to us by the media and ideologies of our modern world about "this diet and that diet, take this fat burning pill.
" Motion creates emotion Move your body in a different way and you will feel your emotion change.
I ask you! What does a confident person walk like? Walk the same way and become more confident.
How does a fulfilled and happy person respond like in a time of challenge? How can you respond in a similar way? "To create energy we must become energised.
" For that time where you feel defeated, that moment where you want to lay down and rest, I want you to ask what you really need at that time.
Do you honestly need rest? Or could you move your body, even for a few seconds to get your energy back up again.
If you move your body in a different way, or even speak with more enthusiasm I am sure you can amaze yourself how your emotion changes.
Move in a dramatic way; notice the dramatic change in emotion.
Make a minor change in your movement and notice the minor change in your energy.
In doing this, to create the emotion you want which will strive you forward, you create the motion first.
