Let's face it, the reason why you have love handles is because you consumed too many bad foods and exercised too little (if at all).
Some people who used to be thin often think that their bodies will stay like that forever only to realize that once they are done growing, height-wise, they start to grow out in other directions, or perhaps a woman has found that with each child she has, her tummy does not seem to snap back into shape like it once did.
This all has to do with your age and that your skin does not have as much elastin in it as it once did.
