In the past it was easy to eat healthy, everyone woke up early and had a home cooked breakfast, they would take their lunch with them to work or to school; they might have some fruit to snack on throughout the day.
Then after work they would come home to a home cooked meal.
It's not like that anymore, many of us skip breakfast, grab a burger from a burger joint for lunch, and then starve until dinner when maybe (and that's a big maybe) we eat a home cooked meal.
I hope you can see how unhealthy that is.
Here are seven simple ideas to have you eating, and feeling healthier today! 1.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day 2.
Bring fruit with you to work or school so you can snack in between meals 3.
Bring some trail mix with you to snack on (not the trail mix with chocolate and M&M's) 4.
Eat 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones 5.
Cook your food for the week on your day off and then have it prepacked in little containers for your week 6.
Only eat fast food once a week 7.
Drink a glass of water before you eat (the water will help fill you up so you eat less) If you implement these simple ideas you could see a healthier looking you in no time.
But you have to do it, don't sit here and think "I'll do it tomorrow" because tomorrow turns into never.
