Why Should You Suffer Common Warts?

67
Common warts earned that distinction for a reason.
It is not limited to the wicked witch of the West, mean and dishonest people, or individuals that are nervous and sweat a lot.
The skin condition can plague anyone at anytime, regardless of how meticulously clean or careful persons attempt to be, in order to prevent blemishes of any type.
What are Common Warts? Common warts are the most prevalent type to be found on the skin.
Generally these warts are perfectly harmless in nature.
Suffers do not have to worry about cancer, or any other dastardly disease being the culprit.
Common warts are caused by HPV, also known as the human papillomavirus.
The virus is responsible for several types of warts.
However, this type is classified as limited to the hands and fingers.
Other blemishes have different names associated with their locations on the body.
What Do Common Warts Look Like? Common warts are easily detected because of their location on the hands.
One day your hands seem fine, then a blemish or growth of some sort is discovered the next.
Moles are usually different in appearance and may have hairs that need to be plucked.
Some distinctive features of common warts are:
  • Usually Bumpy in Appearance
  • May have Black Dots
  • Normally Located on the Fingers
  • Often Close to the Nail
Although some warts are flat, the common wart is generally bumpy and really unseemly.
It is hard not to notice this type of wart.
They can get caught on gloves and other objects.
If the wart gets injured in any way, it will have a tendency to bleed, like any other cut.
Common warts have a variety of pigmentation.
Some are flesh, white or pick in appearance.
Some may even look like they have black dots that resemble blackheads.
In truth, these dots are actually little blood vessels that have come to the surface of the skin.
Probably the most likely place for common warts is around the fingernails.
Since they can be rather unsightly, and the virus can be passed to others, suffers may choose to wear gloves to cover up the problem, and protect the wart from being injured and bleeding.
What is the Cure? Hiding warts under a pair of gloves may be a short-term solution.
But, if the warts do not eventually go away on their own, or start to get bigger and more unsightly, most people will do what it takes to get rid of the growth and get their hands back to normal.
Fortunately, no one should have to live with a wart or worry about the problem spreading.
In fact, there are a variety of plausible solutions:
  • Freezing
  • Cantharadin
  • Minor Surgery
  • Laser Surgery
  • Essential Oils
Year ago, freezing was probably the most common form of getting rid of warts.
The doctor uses some sort of tool that literally freezes the wart, causing the cells to die.
In a few days, the wart will fall off, never to be seen again.
Then, people who could not afford to go to the doctor found over the counter medication to put on the wart.
Cantharadin usually works, but it also takes 2-6 weeks to accomplish the task.
Patience and dedication to the treatment is required.
Minor and laser surgery are a more drastic approach, usually if the wart is really resistant and all the other treatments fail.
But, this must be a carefully considered option, because scarring is usually the end result.
Finally, more and more people are looking for a more holistic answer to warts.
Dermatologists and other professionals have discovered the value of essential oils.
The oils are extracted from various plants.
The oils are completely natural, and therefore safe.
However, for allergy sufferers it may be necessary to double check the ingredients, natural or not.
In summary, warts are generally not dangers, but they can be an unsightly pain in the neck.
However, no one has to live with a wart, as various treatment options are available.
But, if you want to try the holistic approach first, consider essential oils to make warts go away for good.
