How to Set Alarms on a Timex Ironman T5K224
- 1). Press the "Mode" button on the bottom left of the watch's face until "Alarm" appears on its screen.
- 2). Press the "Set/Recall" button at the top left of the watch's face. The hour digits on the watch's screen will begin to flash. To move the hour forward to when you wish the alarm to go off, press the "Start/Split" button at the middle bottom of the watch's face. To move the hour backward, press the "Stop/Reset" button at the bottom right of the watch's face. Press "Mode" when you have the correct hour to set it.
- 3). Press the "Start/Split" and "Stop/Reset" buttons to move the minute digits forward and backward until they're at the desired alarm time. Press "Mode" to set.
- 4). Press "Start/Split" and "Stop/Reset" to scroll through the "Daily," "Weekdays" and "Weekends" options for your alarm. Choosing one of these options will cause the alarm to go off either daily, on weekdays only or at weekends only. Press "Set/Recall" to set this option and exit the alarm menu.
- 5). Press "Stop/Reset" to turn your alarm off at any point. When the alarm is off the word "Off" will be displayed on your watch's screen. Press "Start/Split" to turn the alarm on again. When the alarm is on a small alarm clock icon will be displayed on your watch's screen.
