The thing I hate about aging is the wrinkles, lines and sagging skin.
I wish that I could wave a magic wand and reverse all the signs.
Finding a formula to fight the aging process is not that simple, however you would be surprised to learn that there are many different things you can do to help.
Staying young and healthy starts from taking care of yourself from the inside.

During my lifetime I have always been told that it is important to eat healthy.
I was always advised to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish as these are the main sources of essential nutrients.
Fruits I did not mind because I loved different fruits such as apples, oranges, bananas, pears, kiwis and peaches.
However vegetables were hard to take.
Not until I got to a certain age did I truly begun to like eating vegetables such as lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach and string beans.
Fish I eat rarely until I became an adult and nuts I always enjoyed eating.
I liked just about every type of nuts such as peanuts, cashews, almonds.
All of the above foods are high in antioxidants and will help your body maintain the ability to repair itself.
Along with using a highly effective skin firming cream you will be proud to look in the mirror and see the reflection of a healthy individual looking back at you.
Firming sagging neck can also be accomplished by doing neck firming exercises.
There are many available, however let me list a few here.
These are exercises that I do practically everyday while sitting at my desk at work or at home lying in bed or when taking a shower.
They are easy and require no equipment.
Here are 2 neck firming exercises that are quite common today: Jaw and Chin Toner Sit or stand in a position that is comfortable facing forward, tilt your head backward so that your chin is lifted facing the ceiling.
Then thrust your lower jaw forward.
You should feel the pull throughout and beneath the chin.
Keep this position for about ten seconds.
Next, lower your chin a couple of inches and repeat for about 10 repetitions.
Relax.
Do this repeatedly several times per day for maximum firming benefits.
Neck Tilting Neck exercises not only assist in maintaining the strength and flexibility of your neck, but help get rid of stress and tension.
Sitting or standing comfortably, hold your head erect; slowly tilt your head back so that you are looking at the ceiling.
Keep this position for a couple of seconds then lower the head to the starting position.
You can do this exercise about fifteen times several times per day to help lessen stress and loosen the muscles of the shoulder and neck and keep them tone and firm.
Move your head from side to side, keeping your face forward, place ears over your shoulders, for a variation of this exercise.
You're not actually touching the ear to your shoulder, but gently lowering the head in that direction.
You can add this to the backward neck tilt to exercise the muscles along the side of the neck and jaw to help maintain toning and flexibility.
