How to Fix Fresh Fish
- 1). Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2). Center a fresh fish fillet on a piece of aluminum foil that is about 3 inches longer than the fillet itself.
- 3). Sprinkle the top of the fresh fish fillet with salt, pepper, and fresh dill. Lay a few thin slices of lemon over the top and pull the sides of the aluminum foil up and over the fish. Pinch the foil together to create a pocket around the fish.
- 4). Set the packet on a baking sheet and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the meat is no longer see-through.
