7. Reduce the consumption of alcohol. More than indulging a huge strain on the system and accelerates the formation of wrinkles.

8. Incorporate healthy eating plenty of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.

9. Sleep at least 8 hours every night.

10. Eat fish three times a week. Great for skin and overall health.

11. Ask your doctor about taking supplements, the diet may be lacking in some important as well.

12. Use an eye cream for the delicate skin around the eyes in the evening.

13. Facial scrubs to remove the build up of dead skin cells, which could increase the appearance of wrinkles, try this in the week.

14. Use natural skin care products that nourish the skin and provide many vitamins and minerals to help you stay fresh and healthy.

15. Jojoba oil is similar to the skin's natural oils. Dab it around the eyes to keep wrinkles at bay.
