I have been very active in the personal development for a ten years now.
It all started when I've observed that anything I planned manifested.
I became very interested in the Power of the Mind.
My first Mind Development training was from Silva International.
In this training, we were taught specific techniques to enable us to use our minds at a better/larger capacity.
The basic techniques are Affirmations, Mirror of the Mind (my favorite!), Glass of Water, Three Fingers, Intuitive Consultants, etc.
The Mirror of the Mind technique allows us to imagine or create a desired end result when being faced with a challenge (problem/project).
Ever wondered why the Glass of Water technique works?Our body is composed mostly of water.
Before going to sleep, the mantra is "This is all I need to do to (state your challenge here)"then drink half of the water in your glass.
When you wake up do the same process and get excited with what shows up during the day! The Three Fingers Technique supports why do we need to have FAITH.
Faith is composed of Desire, Belief, and Expectancy which is what we use when we want immediate results.
Intuitive Consultants (or Coaches) are people whom we always call upon when we want advise or higher knowledge that they can answer.
It's like being surrounded by a magical panel who knows all the answers to our life's and/or business challenges.
I love these techniques and have been using them for a decade now.
The release of the movie "The Secret" opened Pandora's box in the Personal Development arena.
I'm grateful I got in the industry at an early phase and now reaping the rewards that this beautiful life has to offer.
My second exposure has been with a phenomenal training companies in North America (Enlightened Wealth Institute and Peak Potentials) when I migrated in Canada.
I've learned there are more companies involved in nurturing our inner self and how to work smart (not hard!)It is through these organizations that I attract multi - millionaires into my life.
My awesome life just gets more exciting every day!I know yours is unfolding right at this very moment :) This year I get into the Spiritual realm and got myself involved with the Abraham - Hicks teachings.
I also joined The Path of the Warrior Sage.
I'm fulfilling one of my drems first quarter of next year to join Abraham in a cruise! Life gets better and better! Have a better and better day! :)
