Folk medicine offers a wide range of effective natural remedies to help you with the treatment of mental exhaustion.
  1. You should consume a lot of wild strawberries.
    In addition, you can make a decoction of the leaves of wild strawberry.
    Infuse 20 grams of herbs of wild strawberry leaves with a glass of water and boil the tincture for 5-10 minutes.
    Leave the decoction to brew for 2 hours and decant it.
    Take a tablespoon of the tincture 3 times a day.
  2. Leuzea (Maral root) is very effective herb to deal with various nervous disorders.

  9. Take 15-20 drops of Siberian ginseng extract 2-3 times a day.
    The extract can be bought at the drugstore.
