Each of the products has their own function, and I have found them works well.
The Homozon is definitely more effective internally, but I will use the hydrogen peroxide for bathing and enemas.
As far as the Threelac, I find it very easy to take and that it works well.
Threelac has lactic acid and ascorbic acid, but the packets are very small.
It does not have dairy protein, so you may consume it just fine.

Before investing in food grade hydrogen peroxide, you may try wiping the areas with 3% hydrogen peroxide to kill the bacteria.
It may take a couple of days to see the results, but as long as it is topical only, the added stabilizers shouldn't harm you or your skin.
I have used this before when I have a stress outbreak of boil blisters/or whatever they are, and it clears up much more quickly than any prescribed topical potion that a doctor gave me.
