Diet schedules involving the usual three meals a day some times don't work for some.
If they are not working for you too and if you are finding yourself losing it, here is another approach to dieting that may suit you.
It's called the grazing approach.
If you take to grazing, the advantage is that you won't have to give up your favorite foods.
Another easy thing about it is that you need not follow any specific eating schedule.
What grazing really means is that you intake smaller quantities with increased frequency in a day.
That is, instead of sticking to your regular two to three large meals a day, try reducing the quantity of each meal and increasing the number of times you eat.
That way you will not feel hungry in between meals and your body has enough fuel to burn the calorie intake.
And this is a sure way to keep your weight under control.
Grazing could be something like this.
If you have something light like a muffin or a piece of cake or yogurt for breakfast, after about two hours you could eat a fruit that you like.
Lunch can be a bowl of vegetable salad with juice or any thing else light enough.
You can have something again in the afternoon with your cup of tea or coffee.
And dinner can be small and simple but not too heavy.
Again you could accommodate a small supper before you end the day.
Try this and monitor the effect.
This works for most people.
In all probability it works for you as well.
