Weight Watchers Top Ten Tips to Losing 50 Pounds in 6 Months
Recently I made my goal and moved to the Weight Watchers Maintenance Program.
I've been studying the program as hard as I could, and wondering how it is I was able to lose nearly 52 pounds in 8 months.
So, I decided to write my Top 10 Strategies.
Top 10 Weight Loss Strategies: 10.
Have tons of 1 and 2 point treats lying around the house.
So when you get hungry you can just munch on those and not feel guilty! 9.
Get support from family and friends.
Mainly for encouragement and kudos because its not easy to stay dedicated to a diet.

I share my success with my friends at the gym.
This has been a great outlet for me to focus myself on what I need to keep doing.

I read and use the Weight Watchers online ebooks.
I am analytical, for the most part, and reading the information with clear cut examples is great! Not to mention the recipes and meal plans I got from Weight watchers ebooks.

In my area we have weekly weight watchers meetings.
I try my best to attend all of these as I believe that a strong support group is a must in succeeding.

I weigh and measure my food.
I may go overboard with this one but it really helped me lower my portions of food.

I track my points.
I write down what I eat.
Keep a Food Journal handy with all of your points.
Remember, "what you bite you write.

I work out 5 times per week.
I started a cardio workout the same day I joined Weight Watchers and I know it has made a big difference.
Its not just your diet but how you exercise as well.

I found a partner to go through with it with me.
He works out with me, goes to meetings with me and keeps a food journal with me.
Having someone there for me all the time definitely was a motivator because if I missed a workout I felt like I was letting him down.
