Weight Loss Tips For the Best Way to Lose Weight - Choose Your Beliefs Carefully

81
Just because you haven't been able to lose your excess weight in the past doesn't mean that it can't be done; it just means you haven't found the best way to lose weight and achieve your goal yet.
Sometimes our old beliefs are ridiculous, but we hold on to them out of habit.
The belief "I can't lose my weight" is certainly not true.
Anyone who was forcibly starved for a month would most definitely lose quite a bit of weight.
Without food, our bodies lose fat, muscle breaks down and eventually we waste away.
Biologically, this is a simple fact of life, isn't it? So the belief that "I can't lose my excess weight" is wrong thinking.
Have You Found The Best Way To Lose Weight Yet? Instead, rephrase the belief to become "So far I haven't found the best way to lose weight and stay slim".
This immediately allows the possibility that weight loss is achievable.
I remember vividly how it felt to open my eyes to this possibility for the first time.
I then began to see how I might achieve what I wanted.
Losing weight and finding yourself go hand in hand, and it is an enlightening experience.
I want to help you to discover how to breakthrough the barriers that have been placed between you and your body and discover that your body is wonderful.
Here are some statements that could be taken as positive and empowering beliefs:
  • I have great bone structure,
  • I can achieve anything I put my mind to.
  • I can speed up my metabolism.
  • We can all lose weight in my family.
  • I want something to do, not something to eat.
  • I need to relax, not eat.
  • I want to be filled with happiness, not filled with food.
  • I'm bored, not hungry.
  • I'm stressed, not hungry.
  • I'm depressed, not hungry.
  • I know I can lose weight.
Do you feel more positive and more in control now? A fantastic tip for feeling more positive is to act as if you already have the thing you want and to feel grateful for it.
This confuses your mind because it can't find any evidence that you have what you want, so it will seek to create the evidence.
This manifests itself in you subconsciously taking action to achieve it.
For example, if you want to be slim, be grateful for how slim you are now.
Tell yourself: "I am grateful for my slim body..
" and you will begin to feel that you are slimmer than you thought you were.
This will attract more thoughts and actions related to being slim, and you'll achieve your goal more quickly.
