There are three nobilities.
First is called as "Awakened Mind".
It means generation of a special motivation to benefit all the beings with the virtues being practised.
Thus, One should pray for the benefit of all-- " I will benefit all beings bestowing them with eternal bliss and qualities".
The second nobility is called "Non-objectifying Wisdom".
It means whatever virtue is practised, it is done without any sense of desires.
One should be fully aware without any self centric desire such as, 'I am the on who practises this virtue'.
When the mind is devoid of such thoughts, all emotions naturally calm down.
The third nobility is called "Dedication".
It means whatever virtue has been practised by chanting the mantra, it should be dedicated to all beings.
It should be for the benefit of all beings so that all beings in the universe can be free from the suffering.
Feel what other beings need.
Each and every being needs nothing more than happiness.
Therefore all being are similar and even the same.
However, just like us all sentient beings too get trapped in the net of suffering.
So just Chant this: "May all sentient beings be free from sufferings and its causes.
" This is the real definition of compassion.
Extend this practice further from one being to two and four.
Like start from the family and then to neighbourhood, to your town then country and then the world.
Practise this daily and see the result.
Remember that prayer belong to nobody and no cast or religion.
