How to Grill Salmon

55
Salmon is truly considered as the most preferred fish.
It is not just the chef's favorite, but also every other individual who loves eating fish.
Salmon usually tastes the best when it is grilled.
Cooking salmon is not tricky at all.
It has a high content of fat and hence most delicious.
You just need to make sure you do not overcook it as fish normally take very little time to cook.
If you want a grilled one to be used as a fillet or steak, begin with seasoning the fish.
Firstly, take a bowl and add 1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic, two tablespoons of mustard, three tablespoons of soy sauce and six tablespoons of olive oil, and then season the fish with this marinade.
Secondly, decide on the type of grill either a gas one or charcoal one.
We assume it is a gas grill and hence preheat it at 325 degree C.
Make sure that it does not start emitting smoke.
Next, place the fish on the grill and level the grill accordingly.
Leveling would mean lifting it to at least five inches above the flame.
Grill it for nearly 5 minutes and turn it.
Cover the gas grill for some time and do not keep opening it.
The heat present inside would grill it beautifully.
Set a timer in case you are too skeptical and once it rings open the grill and check the outer layer.
If it looks firm and spongy, it is done for sure.
Do remove it and set in on a plate.
Season it with some leftover marinade to give it that shiny look or just serve it as it is.
Ensure that the texture and flavor is still intact.
Do try this recipe and we are sure you would try it more than once.
