But what is it exactly, and does it work to clear your acne? I suffered from acne for many, many years, and tried all sorts of stuff to clear my acne.
From acne cleansers, acne pills and alternative treatments like acupuncture, none of it worked.

Reading it, I was disappointed...
You see, the acne free in 3 days program is a simple 3 day fast.
All it requires is that you eat 10+ apples for 3 days and drink plenty of water.
I was willing to try it out, so when I got a spare 3 days (that weekend) I did the 3 day fast...
And the results were impressive.
By the 3rd day my acne was clearing up fast, and on the 4th day I was mostly clear.
