To help these people easily get the message that you are trying to get across, make sure that you simplify everything for them.
Do not use acronyms and highly technical terms as much as possible.

Trust your trainees.
You will need to do this otherwise, your coaching programs will be doomed.
Believe in your trainees and have faith that they will deliver -- or even over deliver.
