My Personal Trainer

My Personal Trainer is awesome because he helps me to become a better person. The whole reason that fitness is fun for me is because the care and attention that my personal trainer give me in the gym as well as the additional boost of motivation when I go home at night. Well sometimes I fail to do the right thing and that's why I know I need a personal trainer to help me to stay on track. I have had an issue keeping the weight off when I was young due to my diet and exercise habits. I had started off doing all the wrong things the best part is my personal trainer helped me to figure out how to change my life by targeting these bad habits.

Over time I have become so much healthier and my strength as well as energy has improved. I already think that he has changed my life. My life used to be filled with thoughts of insecurity and self hate due to my body image being so destroyed by years of being overweight. I think that after all the work I've put in I can safely say that my whole life has been changed by the new me. I'm thin and athletic looking now with a huge amount more of self esteem. If I can give you any of the great advice he has given me it would be these things.

First you must drink as much water as you can though out the day he says at least eight glasses. I know this only has helped me shed pounds of fat over the last few months. I'd say if there is only one thing you can do to help you shed weight and feel better that staying hydrated can't be stressed enough. That being said the next best piece of advice he gave me is that you must find time to do both cardio as well as strength training. He suggests that both are super important to your well being and when done correctly greatly improve your over all fitness levels. They play off each other so that cardio helps you have more energy for strength training and strength training give you more power in your cardio workouts. The third tip he gave me was that I was to eat as many small meals as needed to keep myself losing weight. The secret is that this tip helps you to control your portions as well as shrink your stomach even if you still eat as much you pace it out more over time and it helps to control your portions in the future. I found this to be a great way to fix my bad habit of stuffing my face by over doing it at both lunch and dinner.
