Taking a before picture and taking progress shots will help motivate you in times of weakness or times when you feel like giving up.
They will show you and give you proof that you can lose weight and even if the pounds aren't falling off your shape is changing for the better! Tip 2: Take a day to observe yourself.
Taking a day out to see how you eat and why you eat (hunger versus emotional) will give you a better indication of not only the small things you can do to make a difference but also where you are going wrong if you experience a plateau.
If you do experience a plateau simply doing this exercise again can help reveal what you might need to succeed to losing the last of your weight.
Tip 3: Eat fruit before every meal.
Eating fruit before each meal will help keep your satisfied when you finish your main course.
Tip 4: Sort out your emotional eating.
If you eat in the evening because you are bored sat front in the TV - DO SOMETHING! Write a list of things you have always wanted to do or things you want to try and fill your evenings with this, instead of boredom in front of the TV.
This will help unnecessary evening snacking.
