First Find a Goal - While Working For That Goal You"ll Automatically Develop Everything You Need

Zig Ziglar said "If you want to reach a goal, you must "see the reaching" in your own mind, before you actually arrive at your goal.
" In other words, if you can't see yourself doing, or being that goal, you will never achieve that goal.
How can you do that? Plan for it! Set a goal, or many goals, and plan for them.
One way to plan for it, is before you go to bed at night, write down 5 things you HAVE to do tomorrow, to get closer to your goal.
Then in the morning read what you wrote, and do them, don't go to bed before they are done! Once you start doing this you will get closer and close to your goals! One small step at a time! As Zig Ziglar also said, "A goal properly set is halfway reached.
" Some goals although lofty and huge are sometimes outside your reach, for now...
Most of us plan to lose a large amount of weight and feel terrible when we only lose 1 lb that week! It happens, don't get discouraged! Here's a way to do it: Set a Grand Goal.
(This is what you really want to achieve.
) Break that goal down to smaller WEEKLY pieces.
(More digestible and do-able then doing it all at once!) Break those goals down to even smaller DAILY pieces.
(Even more digestible and do-able.
) WRITE THEM DOWN! Review them daily.
Before bed, write what your going to do to achieve your DAILY goal, TOMORROW! In the morning, Read your goal, don't go to bed until you have done it! Life will get in the way, but if you can get this regimented, it will put you in the mindset to achieve your goal! Real World Example Want to lose that 100 pounds? - Grand Goal Set weekly goals, that are attainable.
Math Time! 100 Lbs \ 52 weeks is 1.
9230769230769230769230769230769 lost a week! OK, 2lbs a week.
In reality you will probably do better or worse, but an average of 2lbs a week will get you there in a year! - Weekly Goal OK, how to get there.
Diet and Exercise.
Let's work with just the exercise.
Adding 30 Minutes a day of exercise will help get you to your goal.
- Daily Goal So, we can do it all at once -Not easy and discouraging sometimes.
Or Further goal it down, to doing 6 - 5 minute walks.
get up from your desk or chair, and go walk around the house, or pick up a laundry or something your not normally doing.
Or if your watching TV exercise during the commercials, sit ups, Push ups, run in place or take the dog for a walk! Whatever gets your heart pumping.
If you do this make it a further goal to extend your time, as you need to sustain heart rate to get a good workout.
Then at night review if you have achieved this goal or not.
If not get to it, if you want to sleep! Everyday, we wake up and are given a new day to be a better person, erase stress, and live a new step on our journey of life.
We get this opportunity daily, so if it didn't work out yesterday, then make it happen today.
