Instructions for the Bun & Thigh Roller
- 1). Place the Bun & Thigh Roller on an exercise mat. Adjust the neck cushion so that when you rest against the machine, it supports the back of your head.
- 2). Sit on the exercise mat with your knees bent and your back facing the back pad of the equipment. Scoot backward and place your right hand on the right handle and your left hand on the left handle. Rest your back so that it is flat against the back pad and your head is resting against the neck pad.
- 3). Adjust your feet so that your upper legs and lower legs are bent at a 90-degree angle while your butt remains on the floor. Keep your feet planted on the floor as you grip the handles and push your body up and back. As you push backward, tighten your leg and butt muscles.
- 4). Repeat this movement for five minutes without stopping. Ideally, you should get at least three sets of 15 repetitions of this movement.
