The Shortcut To Getting Rid Of A Zit Overnight

31
In dire need of getting rid of a zit overnight? Well - first of all - be sure that eliminating it completely in just a single night won't be possible.
However (yes - you can wipe the frown off your face), if it's a small zit - you can bring it very close to oblivion, and if it's a big zit (the kind that attracts every last bit of attention) - you can squeeze it down to infant size, then utilize the power of makeup to make it virtually disappear from the eyes of the public.
But first of all - let me mention this: yes, it's true that a prominent zit isn't something people don't notice.
They do.
But it's also true that they don't care about it as much as you do.
So what if you have a zit on your face? Everyone gets one now and then.
It isn't something you should be too worked up about - not the least because of the fact that if you worry too much - you'll only make the condition worse.
Stress is destructive on all levels - never forget that.
But don't get discouraged.
I'm not saying that just because you shouldn't worry about the blemishes on your face - you shouldn't try to get rid of them, either.
Of course you should.
Everyone loves a blemish-free look.
And it's very easy to accomplish.
Just remember that with acne or without - you're still beautiful, and always will be.
With that said, let's get into a shortcut to wiping that annoying zit off your face...
The things you'll need are: • A steam bath • Fresh mint leaves • Fresh strawberry leaves • An oil-free cleanser • Apple cider vinegar • Fresh lemon juice • Salt • A towel • Ice • A thin cloth • A few tablets of aspirin • An oil-free moisturizer.
Follow the steps as outlined below.
Remember - this should be done an hour or so before going to bed: Step-1: Steam your face using a steam bath for 10-15 minutes.
You can make one at home using a moderately narrow-rimmed bowl filled with steaming water.
Add a few fresh mint and strawberry leaves.
Lean over and steam your face, holding a towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping.
Step-2: Wash your face with a gentle, oil-free cleanser, preferably one containing a mild quantity of benzoyl peroxide and/or salicylic acid.
Wash with warm water - not cold.
Step-3: Mix together some apple cider vinegar (preferably organic), some fresh lemon juice, and a little bit of salt (make sure the salt doesn't dissolve completely - what you want is a slight grainy texture).
Take a little of this mixture on your fingertip and very gently rub it on your pimple.
Then soak a towel in the mixture and dab it on the bump.
Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
Step-4: Wrap an ice cube with a thin piece of cloth, and lightly press it on your pimple for a couple of minutes.
Then pat dry your skin.
Step-5: Here comes the aspirin...
! But no - you don't have to ingest it...
simply crush a few tablets of aspirin into a fine powder, dissolve it with a bit of water to form a smooth paste, then apply onto the pimples.
Allow it to dry completely.
Do not wash off.
Step-6: The steps outlined above can cause your skin to dry out a lot.
Yes - we want the pimples to dry out, but we don't want excess drying to cause our skin to rebel - and double its sebum production.
To make sure this doesn't happen, the final step is to apply a mild, water-based, non-comedogenic (non-pore-clogging) moisturizer - preferably an anti-acne night cream.
Then go to bed, and wake up to see astounding results! If you're thinking: 'Too many steps...
this isn't a shortcut!' Remember - I didn't say a shortcut to getting rid of zits - I said a shortcut to getting rid of zits overnight.
Instead of waiting days or even weeks to make your pimple disappear - have the patience to spend just an hour of your time to see awesome results in less than 12 hours!
