1. Hindu squats create rapid FAT loss

Now, if you want a simple way to lose fat, this is it. But simple IS NOT easy. But if you're willing to commit to fat loss for just 5 minutes a day, start doing these now.

Hindu squats... nothing more than squats without any weights. Just your body. The key... you do them as fast as possible. You can do these literally anywhere. I do them in my living room.

All you do is squat for 5 minutes straight... non-stop if possible. If you must rest, be sure to rest for 10 seconds or less and only do it 1-2 times in those 5 minutes. You need the accumulated work (squatting) to get the most out of this exercise. You don't want your body to have the opportunity to rest and relax.

2. Jump on a mini-trampoline for a couple minutes throughout the day
