All these types of foods must go through industrial type processing to make them edible and desirable.
Real whole foods require much less harsh processing methods and eating them will result in an increased level of health for you and a tendency to maintain a healthy weight rather than becoming part of the obesity situation common in many countries.
Instead of these detrimental foods you might consider shopping for quality meats and produce.
Spaghetti squash is a good way to make pasta like dishes without resorting to the carb and lectin heavy, wheat based noodles.
Nuts like almonds make excellent snack items.
Bacon and eggs are a traditional breakfast item that will provide you with plenty of fat and protein to get the day started.
There are many, many possibilities and even budget conscious shoppers can find ways to eat fairly inexpensively without falling into poor health because of lack of quality food.
