Holidays are a joyous time visiting friends and family enjoying the fellowship and food.
It's a time that we can remissness about the good and bad times in our lives.

To serve a wonderfully cooked meal there are a few things that will be needed.
Make sure you have ample supply of each one.
If you have more guest than you have flatware to serve the food on that will ruin the mood of the fellowship.
Over estimate how many guest that will be invited to the party.
Count your plates and silverware to make sure you have enough for each.
You do not want to find out when you set the table with plates, napkins, forks, spoons, and knives that you're short a few.
One of the best parts of the meal is dessert.
Count your saucers and bowls to make sure you have plenty to serve the delicious sweets.
Finding out you don't have enough until you are serving the desserts will upset you.
Before the meal is ready to be eaten you will want to serve snacks.
Count your platters and make sure you have different sizes.
Always have some small, medium, and large platters on hand.
Enjoying time with the people you love should not be interrupted by a shortage of food or flatware.
Prepare ahead of time so that you will not be caught off guard by these mishaps.
This will allow you and your guest to stay in a festive and loving environment.
