Here's how you can strip your flab fast and look great in a bathing suit! First, keep a record of everything you eat for the next few days.
Then have a look and see how many healthy foods you've written down.
Are there a lot? Or are lots of cookies, chocolate and chips written down instead? Try to cut out as many cookies, cakes, candies and chips as you can and eat fresh fruit instead.
Stop drinking soda (even diet varieties) and switch to plain water.
Your body will thank you for it! So what can you eat in order to lose belly, butt and thigh fat and get into shape for the beach this summer? How about fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein and whole grains? Ditch the margarine or butter on your sandwich and go without or spread some avocado on instead.
Cut out the creamy salad dressings and have just a squeeze of lemon or a light vinaigrette dressing instead.
Eat breakfast daily for a healthy start to your day.
Some good breakfast options can be high fiber cereal, low fat yoghurt, wholemeal toast or fresh fruit.
Now it's time to tackle exercise! Strip that flab by working out regularly, even if it's for only 20 minutes each day to start off with.
Brisk walking is beneficial for overall good health and will definitely help you in your quest to lose belly, butt and thigh fat.
