Fat Show - Mirror Not a Reliable Indication

So you just finished your shower, and, in stepping out of the tub where the mirror shows you that you have put on some weight.
It shows up mostly in the mid section which you can see clearly with the love handles on either side of your stomach and must surely be visible on the bottom back side view.
There is no question in your mind only that something's gotta be done--!!! What do some of the experts say about how to lose weight? There are clearly enough advertisements for diet plans.
Click Google on weight loss.
Read your morning paper.
Watch your TV.
Plenty of good advice there, no doubt.
So let us see if you can narrow it all down and find one or two things to put in play that will sculpt and tone your bod.
Well, you find one suggestion in one of the Google ads that says that mid-section fat accumulation is best alleviated if you steer yourself to a diet that includes more proteins and less carbohydrates.
That simplifies things a bit.
You are only talking abut ten pounds.
This should not be too painful.
You can choose to eliminate potatoes and gravy for less starch (and calories incidentally) and start spooning in carrots and spinach and other veggies and fruits and baked, not fried, chicken breasts.
(Use the toaster oven that you placed in the corner over there).
We also find in wiki a reference that says calcium and vitamin C are helpful eliminating fat around the midsection.
This too is not painful We will call this simple plan Jack's Pound-Shed Diet Program and if we follow with a mini-dose of discipline success will be ours.
