Effective Weight Loss in 11 Days

In a world where, outer appearance has been given importance so much, teens and even adults are finding ways to lose weight and eat healthy.
There are various reasons for being over weight, few being, compulsive eating, taking meals at wrong time, no exercise and a few more.
I was a plumb guy few years back.
I have reduced by weight during these years.
Below is what I followed: Walk: Get of your couch and walk, each day, for at least 15 minutes.
It really does help.
If you think that such small amount of walking won't help, then you are wrong.
Jog, walk, run.
Twice a day is great; if not, make it once a day.
Don't watch TV while eating: I bet many people out there would hate me for this and not believe its true, but it did help me.
When you watch TV and eat, you have no control or attention over your chewing of food or intake of food.
You are fully waiting for the hero to land a punch but the punch in your body is by food which shows on your tummy.
Don't eat anytime you want: This is the biggest cause of people being fat.
Do not eat at wrong timings.
When I joined a boarding school, we got three meals a day and that was it and guess what? I reduced 7 kgs in 2 months.
How? Just by eating on proper timings.
Yoga: Do yoga - Pranayam, Kapalbhati to name few.
It really helps to maintain proper body.
It has many benefits including good health.
Each day 30 mins is great.
Don't take tension: Stop thinking you are fat.
Don't stop eating just because you think you are fat.
Eat, but on right timings and in control.
Stop dieting: People need to consider this seriously.
Stop dieting.
Did you know that, out of all the people who diet, only 5% are successful in achieving desired results.
If your intake of food is less, your body will go into starvation mode and it will affect your metabolism.
After it comes out of that mode, it will gain extra weight.
Do not diet on your own.
Please consult a doctor if you want to diet.
No Dieting Pills: Dieting pills are harmful to our health.
In most of the cases, they don't work.
Most of the pills are by-passing pills which just loosens your stools.
Pills can result in severe headache, heart attack, depression, anxiety and other harmful side effects.
Please refrain from taking them.
