We all have been created and put in this universe to become valuable. In the process of ultimately becoming valuable, we all face a lot of irritations, frustrations, agony and uncomfortableness. The Providence has designed each of these frustrations / irritations not to be overwhelmed / consumed but to make us grow, progress and accomplish in our chosen field of endeavor. These difficulties, obstacles which come in our way are a part of the growth plan ordained by nature. They act like a sand paper to smooth en the rough edges present in all of us on our way to becoming a Pearl.

We, Human Beings are made of ego and emotions consisting of pride, anger, resentment, selfishness, impatience, jealousy, pettiness to varying degrees. In order to pass the test, we have to constantly practice the qualities of patience, kindness, forgiveness and willing to endure long suffering, disappointments and stay in faith by toughening ourselves. By refining our character, bringing upon an amazing attitude and willing to stay long enough with a firm belief that the circumstances will change we see the seed of Pearl mushrooming in ourselves magnificently.

We all go through tough times in our professional and personal life. To become valuable to the market place, we need to tide over the irritants, frustrations, agony, helplessness and emerge a winner.

When we begin our life, we are like a Lump of Clay with no value attached. The Potter puts the Clay on wheel to give it a beautiful shape. In the process of shaping, the rough edges are smoothed out. Potter then puts the clay into a furnace which makes it extremely frustrating. The clay not being able to stand the change gets irritated / angered the way it is being handled. In spite of pleadings to keep the clay away from refinement, the Potter begins to paint and changes its color from grey to blue. The stickiness irritates the clay and it begins to choke. As the clay is being placed on shelf to settle down for sometime, the Potter again put it into the second Owen. The clay now cannot contain the harassment meted out by the Potter screams to leave him alone. After the work, the Potter now puts the clay on the shelf for the final time. On the next day, the Potter brings a mirror to show the clay how beautiful it has become. The clay cannot believe it!

Nobody will value us unless and until we mold ourselves to become valuable. We are like a Lump of Clay and and are constantly put on the wheel of nature to constantly refine the rough edges. This makes us extremely uncomfortable. When things are not going our way, we need to dig our heels. We need to move forward by making progress in small proportions along the way. By exercising these changes, we will out grow the levels of irritations which were bothering us. The nature will not change the circumstances but it wants you to change you to become valuable. Get over the irritants / frustrations / disappointments / helplessness / uncomfortableness ceaselessly.

By refining ourselves we become extremely matured and valuable. Thus, it is right to say Pearls are developed out of irritations.
